I was able to get an appointment for service the next day when by normal dealer wouldn't even try to work with me to get me in any sooner than 1 month out. The service department was terrific in keeping me when by normal dealer wouldn't even try to work with me to get me in any sooner than 1 month out. The service department was terrific in keeping me informed and working with me in saving money and getting everything I need for my vehicle to keep me safe on the road. AWESOME SERVICE Now days does not seem folks take enough time out to compliment a job well done. Sooo Here's the story . Last couple of days the phone in my Tundra we Now days does not seem folks take enough time out to compliment a job well done. Sooo Here's the story . Last couple of days the phone in my Tundra went wonky on me. Thought at first it was my personal phone but Verizon told me it was not the phone(turns out it was) so what to do? Best idea I've has in some time popped into my head. Stop by and see my friends at HomeTown Toyota. Explained the problem to Jr. he without hesitation said he knew just the guy to talk to. Out comes Cameron and within minutes he figured out the problem. everything back to normal. Here's to a job well done with a smile . Thanks guys have never had a bad minute at this dealership . I recently had my car serviced at hometown toyota and was having problems with my lumbar seat. The hometown boys diagnosed the problem as the motor in the seat. When I went in it worked it just let the lumba having problems with my lumbar seat. The hometown boys diagnosed the problem as the motor in the seat. When I went in it worked it just let the lumbar support bleed off as I was driving. Not comfortable but usable. Now the hometown boys disconnected my lumbar seat completely so I now have nothing and now my back is acting up. And since it is now the weekend and I have to drive several hundred miles on Monday I am sure their phone will be ringing as will Toyota's because I know Toyota will not put up with dealers like this.
