The service consultants/representatives are always most courteous and usually on top of things. I do have one gripe: When I take my car for a wash, the windshield all too frequently has bug remaims still o courteous and usually on top of things. It was easy to get an appt and change at the last minute and the service was quick. We have bought two Toyotas from Corey since we moved here and he has been great. However the service person was a little and the service was quick. We have bought two Toyotas from Corey since we moved here and he has been great. However the service person was a little condescending when my husband asked that the first oil change be done at 5K to make sure there were no metal shavings from the factory. My husband was a service writer for over 30 years and knows what can go wrong with a new car. I believe because we are an older couple we were dismissed More
