Alain was nice and helpful , service dept was quick, Erik help me get accessories ordered and service put on the parts in a very timely manner. Had to have the tach put back on , Alain wasn't available Erik help me get accessories ordered and service put on the parts in a very timely manner. Had to have the tach put back on , Alain wasn't available, and the heavy-set young man quickly set it up for me. He is always polite and helpful too, don't know His name but He sits by the front windows. More

It was my usual experience at HT. Met at athe inside drive thru door. Technician was pleasant and helpful. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Met a person there that I had not seen in a while and we visited. After a brief wait, I was told my car was ready and had no problems. Was given a free pass to a near by car wash, which I used. All and all, a good ecperience. More

Typical obtuse car sales people and support staff including management. Didn’t listen to my requests, acted dumb when I brought up what was agreed upon earlier. Saw newly delivered cars speeding thro including management. Didn’t listen to my requests, acted dumb when I brought up what was agreed upon earlier. Saw newly delivered cars speeding through the parking lot which isn’t good for new cylinder rings etc…New car I picked up had mud smeared throughout and in the door buttons. Didn’t offer me a test drive before buying. Didn’t say anything to me when I left, it was just here’s an envelope with a key in it…. Bye, I guess. Just a weird experience. More
