My service professional who started all of this was Marcos Fuentos. Not sure I spelled it correctly. He showed us kindness, patience and appreciated that we chose this dealership over others. He listened and did not rush us. He knew we were going to buy and waited until we were ready. Marcos also had class, that was a big plus. Toyota has class and so does the employees at this dealership. Thank you all. More

The fastest check in time I've ever had. It only got better when 30 minutes later they came with the keys to my car saying the 10K service was done.
