I made an appointment for scheduled maintenance and to complete some open recalls. I asked how long it would take and was told two hours, then I called the morning of the appointment and was again told tw complete some open recalls. After I dropped my truck off, I went to breakfast and when I came back an hour later my truck was still sitting on the service drive, the work hadn't started. After more than three hours I asked the advisor for a status and was told it would be another 30 minutes, he blamed the factory for a slow software upload. If they would have started when I arrived, then it would have been close to the two hours that they originally stated. I had an appointment, isn't that the purpose of an appointment? When my truck was finally ready and I went to pay, I looked at the paperwork and the tire rotation wasn't done, which was part of the appointment and factory maintenance. By that time, I was out of time and had enough so I left. The advisor was a nice enough guy butt my service experience was among the worst that I have ever had. More
They did everything they said with no B. S. Even after the vehicle my wife wanted was sold the night before we came in, they found another one locally and gave the same deal. Highly recommen S. I’m still waiting for a response to take care of some issues I had with the dealership. They keep saying they’re gonna call me back, but I don’t get any phone calls. Jeff & Tyler were very courteous and worked hard to get my door handle fixed on my 2023 Acadia. Due to asphalt pavement in LaGrande my FOB wouldn’t unlock the car!! Never heard of such a bizarre incident!! my door handle fixed on my 2023 Acadia. Due to asphalt pavement in LaGrande my FOB wouldn’t unlock the car!! Never heard of such a bizarre incident!! The lady that helped me got the door handle a little bit off. Jeff & Tyler had to remove the door handle. GMC in LaGrande didn’t seem surprised. I brought the car back to Fruitland for service. More
