The transmission in my 2019 Colorado was “Shuddering” and research indicates that flushing, replacing the filter and and adding upgraded fluids should help. In my previous review, I completely forgot to mention that Jacob Huffman, salesman for Steve’s Hometown Chevrolet, etc. found the EXACT Traverse that I had been looking for including color, features and that Jacob Huffman, salesman for Steve’s Hometown Chevrolet, etc. found the EXACT Traverse that I had been looking for including color, features and beyond! I purchased my 2025 Chevrolet Traverse Z71 from Jacob in Idaho and I live in Washington. I had previously been working locally with a salesman at Bud Clary in Castle Rock. He could not locate the Traverse that I had been wanting so he tried to up sell me if I wouldn’t change the color I wanted! Ugh! So frustrating! With Jacob all it took was returning his phone call and explaining to him what I had in mind. Within a day Jacob called to let me know that the Traverse I was interested would be arriving within I’d say a week? Anyhow, much to my surprise he called me the next day to let me know the vehicle had arrived and that as soon as it was off the truck he’d take pictures and send them to me. Jacob is an honest, patient, truly polite young man. He was so wonderful to work with. The travel to Idaho was worth it! My family will continue to do business here. More
