I usually only have to service my vehicle every 4-6 months so I don't see them often, but I'm on a first name basis with Neal and he is always helpful and honest about the best thing to do for my car. I drove a 2014 Passat as a rental car for a business trip and really liked the power and style even though it had very few option being a rental. When i pulled into the dealership, i was greeted by Lisa. Within 15 minutes, she had me sold on the 2015 Passat. My only decision left to make was color and trim. He knowledge about the car and available features was extremely impressive and made it a lot easier for me to decide. The purchasing process through Steve White was among the smoothest and fastest that i have ever been through. Tracy in finance was on her game.
