AWESOME! I recently had to have repairs done on my Jetta that I have owned for the past 7 years and I decided to look in to upgrading. I went to Steve White's just to "look" and ended up leaving with a Passat! John Lepanto (my salesman) was AMAZING! This has been the best buying experience I've ever had! I love my Passat and I feel confident in my purchase from this dealership. The entire process was seamless and I am very appreciative of that. I must also rave about Neal Simkins in the service department! He went above and beyond to ensure the repair of my Jetta. He was a joy to speak with and I felt safe with the service department taking care of my vehicle based solely on the fact that Neal really seemed to care about getting it done right. Kudos to Steve White for having such an AWESOME staff! They were friendly, customer driven and acted with integrity, which is a rare find in this day and age! I would definitely buy from here again! But this is the third car we have purchased from Steve White VW and Will Gillespie. At each venture, we received good counsel and fair treatment. At the conclusion of the sale, Will spent a good deal of time in the car with me going over the "how" of things...setting up the Sirius Sat radio, the phone bluetooth all the controls for operation of the vehicle and the seats, etc. He also phoned me a couple of days after the sale to ensure that i was still pleased with the car and the service he provided. I am and will continue to be. When talking to the finance persons, i received clear information about the financing terms and was offered additional warranty and other financial tools I could purchase. This was presented to me without pressure. Some i accepted, some i did not. I recommend this dealership and Mr. Gillespie for anyone who is in need of a new or used car. Exceptional Experience I stopped at Steve White Volkswagen on President's Day to look at a Tiguan. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Marcus Tate. He was friendly, polite and I stopped at Steve White Volkswagen on President's Day to look at a Tiguan. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Marcus Tate. He was friendly, polite and accommodating. Since my wife and I only had time to look at the Tiguan and a Jetta, Marcus showed us both vehicles and equipped me with the information I needed about the Tiguan after eliminating the Jetta. I was honest and told Marcus I was shopping around at dealerships to determine which vehicle suited me and my lifestyle best. Marcus was excellent. He kept in touch with me but didn't push too hard (which would have driven me away). I returned to Steve White VW at the end of the month, test drove a Tiguan and drove home with it that night. Marcus's sales style was perfect for me and the rest of the Steve White VW staff members I met with were also exceptional. Bob Behlke presented me with a fair deal that made my decision easy and Tracy Roberts had me out the door in less than an hour. The entire experience was truly exceptional.
