AWESOME! I recently had to have repairs done on my Jetta that I have owned for the past 7 years and I decided to look in to upgrading. I went to Steve White's I recently had to have repairs done on my Jetta that I have owned for the past 7 years and I decided to look in to upgrading. I went to Steve White's just to "look" and ended up leaving with a Passat! John Lepanto (my salesman) was AMAZING! This has been the best buying experience I've ever had! I love my Passat and I feel confident in my purchase from this dealership. The entire process was seamless and I am very appreciative of that. I must also rave about Neal Simkins in the service department! He went above and beyond to ensure the repair of my Jetta. He was a joy to speak with and I felt safe with the service department taking care of my vehicle based solely on the fact that Neal really seemed to care about getting it done right. Exceptional Experience I stopped at Steve White Volkswagen on President's Day to look at a Tiguan. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Marcus Tate. He was friendly, polite and I stopped at Steve White Volkswagen on President's Day to look at a Tiguan. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Marcus Tate. He was friendly, polite and accommodating. Since my wife and I only had time to look at the Tiguan and a Jetta, Marcus showed us both vehicles and equipped me with the information I needed about the Tiguan after eliminating the Jetta. I was honest and told Marcus I was shopping around at dealerships to determine which vehicle suited me and my lifestyle best. Marcus was excellent. He kept in touch with me but didn't push too hard (which would have driven me away). I returned to Steve White VW at the end of the month, test drove a Tiguan and drove home with it that night. Marcus's sales style was perfect for me and the rest of the Steve White VW staff members I met with were also exceptional. Bob Behlke presented me with a fair deal that made my decision easy and Tracy Roberts had me out the door in less than an hour. The entire experience was truly exceptional.
