On the rebound from just such a bad experience in February, at another dealership, my wife and I were amazed and grateful that our recent purchase of a Passat from you was actually enjoyable thanks to your professional staff. It started with Erika who established our relationship with a warm and efficient setup of our sales appointment. She was genuinely interested in insuring our satisfaction but the icing on the cake was John. He immediately made us feel comfortable and "part of the family". His concern for our satisfaction was immediately evident and he guided us through the sales process without any pain and delivered our Passat in record time. He personally assisted us in "moving in" and before we knew it we were driving away in our new car remarking to ourselves how enjoyable the encounter actually was. The experience continued the next day when I brought the vehicle back for the ECP treatment. John took control and personally assisted with the process getting me in and out in record time.
