The service process could not be easier. I drove in and was greeted by a friendly service worker. A person walked me to the service desk which was close by. I went in for a routine oil change. I was told 90 mins as the time. I then ask for the complimentary Uber ride. What was not expressed to me, is that if you take the Uber ride then your I was told 90 mins as the time. I then ask for the complimentary Uber ride. What should have been 90 mins turned into 3 hours. The service was fine, and it's always nice to have a free car wash, but the lack of communication caused me to be late for work. More
