Erica Haslup was very helpful with questions that I had about the inventory and helped to narrow my search down. That saved me time, not having to walk the parking lot to browse the selection. She even set up my appointment with Ron to wrap things up. I had pretty much decided what I wanted before visiting the dealership. When I couldn't settle on the color for my new Jetta, Ron searched other dealerships and found exactly what I wanted at a dealership in Georgia. He was able to get the car delivered to Greenville almost overnight. This was a great buying experience for me, as usual. I'm sure that I will purchase my next car from Ron and Steve White. . More

Excellent, timely service I came in with an air conditioning problem, that I thought would be a quick fix with a laptop. The service writer thought it was more than that and requested that I leave the car. Having no other transportation, he provided me with a loaner. His analysis was exactly right. Varmints had built a nest in the engine compartment and chewed through a wire. The freon was also very low. He was very accurate with his time estimate and the van was clean and ready when he said it would be. No surprises. Great job folks!! More
