The service process could not be easier. I drove in and was greeted by a friendly service worker. A person walked me to the service desk which was close by. My loner car was parked in the garage ready for me to drive out. Paperwork was quick and easy too. I received a video on the service and it told me what the checked and what they found. I felt like a Queen and I liked it! The only thing to top off the service would be if they served me a cocktail when I picked my car up after work. More
I went in for a routine oil change. I was told 90 mins as the time. I then ask for the complimentary Uber ride. What was not expressed to me, is that if you take the Uber ride then your I was told 90 mins as the time. I then ask for the complimentary Uber ride. What was not expressed to me, is that if you take the Uber ride then your car is pushed back in the queue. If this was communicated, I would have stayed. What should have been 90 mins turned into 3 hours. The service was fine, and it's always nice to have a free car wash, but the lack of communication caused me to be late for work. More
