As my employers Fleet Coordinator I am occasionally task with locating ve Over the last few years I have visited this dealership on several occasions. As my employers Fleet Coordinator I am occasionally task with locating vehicles for administration and/ or our detectives. The first purchase was indeed for our Detective Division. I could not have asked for a better experience. Salesman showed me the car I located online, haggled with the price to meet my budget, agreed on a sale price, asked him to get the paperwork ready while I went and got a “paid in full” check, returned and drove way. My second experience was a disaster and on a personal note. My wife and I had rented an atlas in December of 2018. Went to Steve White to see about buying one. The salesman became rude when he learned what I do for a living and decided we could not afford what he wanted to sell us. My wife pledged never to return. We ended up buying a new Kia. My boss and his wife were looking for a new SUV. I sent them to Steve White to try the Atlas. I was hoping their experience would be good and other than the 6 hours they spent there, it was a good experience. Our purchase yesterday was a different ball game. I did my research and had made up my mind what we were going to do if the numbers worked. The salesman, Steve Cheely renewed our faith in this dealership. He was very attentive to our needs and truly gave the appearance he was in our corner. I only found two faults with the process; 1st, the vehicle we selected was not clean inside or out. For a CPO, this was a shock. For the most part, this was addressed before we left. 2nd, from the time of our decision and agreed terms of purchase, it took 3 hours and 10 minutes to complete the paperwork. We were not alone. There were several folks that were in the same boat. There must be a way to streamline this. A lot of time was spent by F and I doing data entry. I seems like someone else could handle this function. Overall we are pleased and will recommend the dealership and our salesman. More
