My salesman Audra is great! He is patient and truly want to get you in the car that YOU want. He listened intently and never spoke over me ir my wife. Just about every other person i came in contact with w to get you in the car that YOU want. He listened intently and never spoke over me ir my wife. Just about every other person i came in contact with was also very nice and greeted me with a smile. I did not enjoy my interaction with the finance manager. I found him pushy and condescending. He was persistent on certain points and it was are real turn off. I dont mind someone trying to sell me option, but when you show outright ANNOYANCE at my refusal and try to rush me through it, we have a problem. I wont let that damper my recommendation of Steve White Volkwagen. I would still recommend you for your salesmen and excellent selection. More

I have been coming here for a couple years now. Each visit I feel more and more convinced that the service department just wants to get you in and out, just to have you come back again for the same issu visit I feel more and more convinced that the service department just wants to get you in and out, just to have you come back again for the same issue as before with no idea on why it's malfunctioning in the first place. Add in a "it won't effect the engine that much." Response to your misfiring cylinders you just had fixed a few months ago. VW has been a disappointment with both their vehicle mechanical performance and there customer service. If I had a suggestion to give, I'd make you wait almost 3 hours after a scheduled appointment for me to tell you "well, what can you do?" More
