The service advisor was in training but was outstanding. Very polite and good communication skills. The service tech that frequently looks after my car was on other vehicles but looked in on my vehicle needs and advised the Service Manager!!! That’s great business communication! It was super easy to make an appointment online. I was a little surprised at the estimated wait time they suggested for an oil change, but it wasn’t nearly that long, which made me happy.
