My car is skipping since I picked it up from service and it was not doing that before . I was told the spark plugs need replacing and that wasn’t listed on my initial 27 point inspection. Does unnecessary services on vehicles without considering the cost to the customer. Why would you balance, rotate and align tires if the tires are nearly out of tread AND try to sell tires AFTER doing all th the cost to the customer.
