I have never experienced such wonderful customer service with a dealer in my whole life, and I'm not kidding (and I'm 65). Tyler was wonderful from beginning to end, they provided an Uber to the Mall so I with a dealer in my whole life, and I'm not kidding (and I'm 65). Tyler was wonderful from beginning to end, they provided an Uber to the Mall so I didn't have to wait there, and then when they knew it would take longer, gave me a loaner. Service tech were great the service advisor lost my car, she changed the name and model on my service order and when I came to pick it up they had to figure out where my car was. The service dept staff is top notch as well! Always so pleasant and thorough. The deal today almost didn't happen. I have no desire to have any further interaction with Tony. He needs a code of conduct training and learn etiquette and tact when speaking to women... humans in general. I am spending money a lot of money, this is not the waffle house, I am not "lil lady..." He needs to learn to talk in a professional way, not demeaning. While we closed my 4th deal, thanks to Lisa, last night I was unsure I would return.
