I was especially impressed with Jon, who took the extra time to show me the ins and outs of my new purchase, late on New Year's Eve! Return visits for accessories purchases and scheduled maintenance have also been an awesome experience, with Brent and Harry genuinely interested in how my investment has treated me. I purchased my second vehicle from Steve White VW because everyone who works there, from the sales staff to the service technicians to the guy that drives you to work, are SO nice and helpful. I have purchased two brand new Audis from Steve White in the past 6 months. Do you think I would spend almost $90K at a dealership that didn't treat me with respect, honesty and a high level of service? The the past 6 months. The truth is I have to admit I like these guys and would even go to a Clemson game with them. They are not your typical sleazey car salesmen but have become friends to my wife and I. Yes I love the product and enjoy surrounding myself in all things Audi. A trip to Steve White always entails hanging out with the guys and talking about cars which I thoroughly enjoy. On more than once occasion several customers have also joined in these conversations. It's never felt like a typical high-pressure dealership, I have never once felt unwelcome or a burden. The entire staff has gone out of their way to make both my wife and I feel welcome, valued and our business appreciated. How do they do that? They know us by name, greet us with genuine smiles and handshakes. We sometimes talk about our personal lives - something never seen at your typical dealership. As for honesty and integrity, I have never referred to them as the "stealership" because they have always been honest, forthright and genuine in their dealings with us. They are a business and deserve to make money - as do the Joe and Jon. However they have worked just as hard to ensure we were purchasing the "right" Audis for us. They charged me for a half hour's labor to install my exhaust tips when some places would have charged the mandated full hour. They performed my first oil change under the Audi plan even though my car only had 2,000 miles and not the required 5,000. Maybe it's just a good personality match between us or the service is really that good. It scares me to think I may have found an honest and reputable dealer because my initial expectations were so low. Since April 5th, 2010 when I purchased my 2010 TT they have exceeded my expectations. This was reinforced a little more than three weeks ago when my wife and I purchased a 2011 Q5. Ok, they wouldn't give us the Q5 for under invoice but no one is perfect! I highly recommend Steve White Audi for New, Pre-Owned and service. Finally, I wish they would host a Cars and Coffee event there! More

I waited almost 8 years to buy a new car. I knew going into this process I wanted either an Audi or a VW. I was not that familiar with the new Tiguan but as soon as I drove it I knew I wanted it. I cannot say enough great things about working with Louis. He was very easy going, patient and just a really nice guy. He definitely did not come across as your "typical" car salesman. If I had got that impression I would have run! To put it quite bluntly it had nothing to do with the dealership. The purchase of this car was because I knew exactly what I wanted going into this process and Louis sealed the deal. I leased this car for 36 months and when this lease is up I hope Louis is still working at Steve White because I will not hesitate purchasing another car from him. Kudos to Louis! More
We stopped at the Steve White VW Dealership on 8/7/10 to simply take a look at the Volkswagen CC. We were very pleasantly greeted by and shown around by Matt Rogalski. After we explained that we were "simply looking" Matt offered to show us several different models, provided pertinent details regarding the CC and answered our questions even though we explained that we were just there to look. He provided us with his card and requested that we call him if we thought of any other questions, or needed any further assistance. Bottom line, because of Matt's knowledge, personality of the vehicle, and because he applied no pressure whatsoever to us, we decided to go back to the dealership that afternoon and test drive a CC. Again, Matt assisted us very professionally. Thanks to Matt and everyone at Steve White's, we drove home in a 2011 Volkswagen CC turbo and absolutely love it! I used the website to shop. I inquired about a Jetta and got a very prompt reply. There was no pressure to come but we did. We were looking to trade a larger SUV for a more economical vehicle. When we walked in we were greeted and they had the car ready for a test drive. We were not really planning to buy that evening but with their help we were able to save some money on payments and get better gas mileage. The salesman understood our needs and we did not fell embarrassed or pressured to buy something else. The finance man was very helpful and did not pressure us into frills. Even the clean up man told us we would be happy with the JEtta and so far we have been. Dealership was very clean and modern. I even talked to a customer in the service area and she said she had been very pleased with the service area. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
The dealership told me what the service was that needed to be performed and what it would cost. We set up the appt. date and time and I received 2 emails concerning the appt. as reminders.
