The waiting room was very clean and comfortable while providing coffee, soft drinks, snacks, tv and wireless internet. I was completely satisfied with the service work and it was completed on a timely basis. The service department (dealership) also washed the car prior to delivering it to me. 2 weeks ago I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Audi Q5 from Steve White Audi in Greenville. I live in Washington, DC and saw the vehicle listed on the internet. I negotiated the price and got everything arranged several days before I flew down to South Carolina to buy the car. The staff was amazing! I have never had a better car buying experience. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership went above and beyond. They were very friendly and never used any pressure sales tactics. The Audi Q5 was in perfect condition. Karmeka and the staff had prepared everything ahead of time so that I was finished with the purchase within minutes. They even added on a front license plate at no charge because it is required by law in Washington DC. Joe Sullivan gave me a great tutorial of how everything in the car worked. Before I knew it, I was on my way home in my beautiful new car. I noticed that the Audi Q5 didn't include a rear privacy cover. Joe and Karmeka got in touch with the previous owners and had the privacy cover shipped to me in DC. Every time I have had to contact the dealer after the sale, they have been just as great and courteous as they were before the sale. They even checked up on me to see how everything was working out. I can't say enough good things about Steve White Audi and their staff. I wish I lived closer so that they could be the Audi dealer I go to routinely. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used Audi. More
