On May 3rd I purchased a 2009 Chevy traverse from a sales representative name Tim , Before purchasing the vehicle I was told by Tim that the vehicle only needed freon for the Air condition not that the deal representative name Tim , Before purchasing the vehicle I was told by Tim that the vehicle only needed freon for the Air condition not that the dealership recommends us as buyers to get all as is used vehicles inspected ourselves before finalizing purchase, Tim and I test drove the vehicle and everything checked out so I purchased the vehicle. On May 15th the vehicle begin to have issues so I took the vehicle to O’Reilly where O’Reilly placed the vehicle on the monitor to diagnose what’s wrong with the vehicle, the vehicle had multiple mechanical issues including pending issues pertaining to the transmission which stopped the vehicle from being drivable, so I contacted the dealership where Mr. Tony Williams was who I was placed in contact with pertaining to the mechanical issues, so Mr. Williams asked me could I have someone to inspect the vehicle or could I have the vehicle towed back to the dealership , which I did on May 16th , since May 16th I have been going back and forth with the dealership and as of today May 28th I am still left without a vehicle for my children and I and the dealership will not refund me over 6,000 dollars and offered me to place 3,000 more dollars into the transmission and they will credit me 1,000 dollars just to fix it, the next two options I was offered was to finance a vehicle and I disagreed or either pick another vehicle off the used car lot about the same price as the Chevy traverse I purchased which they didn’t have any vehicles I was interested in besides the suv I purchased so at that point neither option works so just refund me the 6,000 dollars the dealership refused I have even spoken with the Vice President Brian Scully which has been one of the most disappointing , disrespectful experiences of my life, as the Vice President of the dealership he did not care about the fact I am a mother who has children that need transportation to appointments or events his attitude was just disgusting and I’m flabbergasted to know that not only the dealership but the vice president of the dealership are such crooks and will steal from a mother with children and wouldn’t find away to accommodate and leave my kids and I without transportation so I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the department of consumer affairs and have also seeked legal advice for a civil law suit I will not recommend this dealership to anyone no wonder this dealership hasn’t had a good review since 2020 and we are in 2024 the whole situation It’s very disappointing More
