I've first found out about Steve White Motors when I was looking for a new Dodge Charger around the end of 2012. Kodie Surratt was the employee who tried taking care of me at the time but I ended up no was looking for a new Dodge Charger around the end of 2012. Kodie Surratt was the employee who tried taking care of me at the time but I ended up not purchasing the car due to some personal reasons. I had also contacted every single Chrysler Dodge dealership within a 100 mile radius of Tampa where I live, as well as independent dealers and Kodie was about the only one who didn't call me constantly, asking me if I am ready to make a purchase and that they could offer me this great deal and this and that and so on. Once in a while he just sent an email saying "Hi" and nothing else. I think that's a great way of letting the customer know that you are there but you are not pushing them to buy a car, it's just a "I'm still here if you need me" message. I also found out when I was looking for the Charger that none of the Chrysler Dealers could match their prices (I even called the 2-3 dealers who honored the Sam's Club discount - which is a huge discount as well ), and when I would give them the quote I got from Kodie, they would also try telling me that it was "not possible" to sell cars at those prices hehe; I guess what they have been trying to say was that there is no way they were going to be making tons of profits at those prices because I am also sure that they are not just giving away cars at Steve White Motors without some profit :) Anyway, I ended up needing a car but since I am not ready for the brand new Charger, I had been looking at used Mopar vehicles; even though my preference would have always been a Ram, I didn't think I could get a decent one for the price range that I had in mind. Since it is a used car, the amount of dealers who have the cars I wanted increased tremendously as well and I must have contacted over 50 just in my neighborhood. I also checked Steve White's inventory and even though there wasn't something I really wanted to buy at first glance, I decided to contact Kodie as well and I am glad I did. When I was looking for the Charger, I noticed that some dealers allow you to enter an email OR a phone number and let you decide on your preferred mean of communication, while some of them ask you which you prefer but they require you to fill in the info for both fields. And as I found out, despite the fact that you tell them NOT to contact you by phone, you get about 10 phone calls a day from various dealers. It has been almost 7 months since I was in the market for a Charger and I am still getting some dealerships call me 5-6 times a week and emailing me constantly even though I have asked not to be called or emailed. One stops emailing me and another person at the same dealership starts instead and choosing the "remove me from your list" doesn't do a thing since it is individual employees who are contacting you as opposed to receiving a newsletter that is generated automatically. I've been putting down made up phone numbers to some places which REQUIRE a phone number but some are as blatant as to tell me straight out on email that "it seems your number is not working, so please call me at the first opportunity, I have great news for you". I don't know you, you don't know me, so what news could you possibly have for me? Anyway to cut it short, Kodie was one of the 2-3 out of 50+ who did not literally harass me. So when I started looking for a used car, he was the first person I contacted actually and he did find me a great deal. Mostly due to me taking my time, I ended up losing the car which I wanted to purchase as while Kodie was walking me through on putting a deposit for the car, the car got sold. If I had checked my email 20-30 minutes ago, I may have gotten the car but I am actually glad that I didn't because I wouldn't have ended up with a Dodge Ram. Kodie literally spent the rest of the whole day trying to find me a car, he kept going through the inventory and calling me back with the details. He actually asked what I "like" and once I said no to something, he didn't bring it up again. Basically he spent the next few days constantly in touch, letting me know what they had that I may be interested in. We found one car but unfortunately we couldn't get it financed due to the car being over 200k. Then as I was about to purchase a Dodge Ram locally, he found one for me as well. Aside for being a 1 owner truck, it had under 100k miles and was a 2007 model. And price wise, I am not even going to give a clue as to what it is but it is about what I would have paid for a 2005 with close to 170k miles (and that was the lowest price for comparable models whereas most started 2-3k over that price. The price was good but I actually really liked the truck as well but either way, that's what I would have purchased if I hadn't gotten the Ram that Kodie found for me), Compared with the cheapest 2007 similar model, it probably cost me at least 3-4k less than the cheapest out there and has less miles than any that would have fit my budget. I didn't intend on purchasing a Ram and I did not intend on paying this much for a different model but I did do both and that was my decision, Kodie did not constantly try to push me into making that decision, he just brings up something and lets you make the decision. Again, there was absolutely no pushing or hassling from Kodie. He is helpful, he tries his best, if he can't answer something (which is rare), he says it straight out and tells me he would call me back after he finds out what the answer is. I do a lot of auctions, buying and selling, so I deal a lot with sellers but this was actually a very pleasant process. Normally I can't wait until the negotiation stage is over so that I can get my product and leave, but I enjoyed every part of this one. And the great thing is that they do all the paperwork for you, register the car and deliver it to your door. All I had to do was to get insurance for it. And of course when I tell that to the local dealers, they tell me to "watch out and that doesn't happen so make sure you don't end up getting ripped,..." etc... Overall, there is NOTHING that I can say that did not go to my liking during this transaction, I actually enjoyed it greatly. And when it is time to get my Daytona edition Charger, I am not even going to bother contacting anywhere else, I'm coming straight here (unless the Ram explodes in the next few months hehe). And while I was writing this review, I got one of my "daily" calls from a Dodge dealer in my vicinity. You gotta give it to them though, they are persistent and have been calling for the past 6-7 months even though I made it clear to them a few times that I was not interested in getting a car right now. This dealership is a well-known performance-oriented dealership with an excellent Service Department. I purchased a set of Mopar Stage 1 springs for my 2012 Challenger from Asst. Service Manager Luke Vi dealership with an excellent Service Department. I purchased a set of Mopar Stage 1 springs for my 2012 Challenger from Asst. Service Manager Luke Vigneault and had them installed at the Steve White dealership Service Department as there is not a shop in my area that I was comfortable with as the wheel alignment is critical when the lowering springs are installed on these cars. I also had a set of factory fog lights installed while I was there since my Challenger did not come with them. Note that I drove from my home in the Atlanta, GA area to Steve White Motors in Newton, NC which is 260 miles away. To say that I was pleased with my parts and service experience would be an understatement. Brooks, my Service Advisor, was wonderful. She is extremely personable, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional and was a pleasure to work with. She made me feel "at home" while I was waiting for the work to be done which took a few hours but took less time than I expected. And Luke, the Assistant Parts Manager, was equally enjoyable and professional. He is a die-hard "car guy" and spent a lot of time with me "talking cars". Luke also happens to be Brooks' father. The drive home was great, the car drove perfectly. The service department techs did a great job. This was a perfect service experience and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. At such time that I replace my Challenger with a new one I will find out if Steve White's Sales Department is as good as the Service and Parts Departments. !f so, it will be worth the 520 mile round trip! We have visited other dealerships in the past for a new vehicle and not received the experience we did with Kodie and the staff there at Steve White Motors. Kodie and the others went out of their way to ta vehicle and not received the experience we did with Kodie and the staff there at Steve White Motors. Kodie and the others went out of their way to take care of my husband and I. Had answers to any questions and concerns that we had. I didn't feel like it was visiting a dealership but visiting a family because they treat you like you are family. I would highly recommend them to other people who are looking to get another vehicle. Thanks to all at Steve White Motors for everything. More

I did my research, this was the closest dealership that had a Jeep CRD Liberty. The quality of the vehicle they sold me was great. I was able to make all arrangements over the phone with Matt. I did not ha had a Jeep CRD Liberty. The quality of the vehicle they sold me was great. I was able to make all arrangements over the phone with Matt. I did not have any problems with them at all. The day of sale, my wife drove 4 hours away and walked out with the Jeep. I have to say I've been purchasing vehicles for 10 years. The easiest and simplest buy there was. Just a side note. Know what you want, know the price, know your trade in, knowledge is the key to success. If you have the right knowledge, a smart dealership will make the sale. And Matt made the sale. Thank you.
