We had a decent experience with Cerame Kia. I don't enjoy negotiating so we knew it wasn't going to be a great day. Jeff Reid did a decent job. His goal was to sell a car for the most he could while we wante negotiating so we knew it wasn't going to be a great day. Jeff Reid did a decent job. I wasn't impressed with the "back room" negotiations where we would talk about a price, he would leave to discuss with someone and come back with "you drive a hard bargain". Seemed pretty staged. I assume most negotiations go that way when they need to make money and we want to pay as little as possible. So, overall a decent experience. More
In 2004 I had a horrible experience with Paul Cerame. I ended up going to Pundmann Ford and bought a brand new Explore. So when my wife my wife told me about the minivan she saw online, I was very apprehensive. She talked to Joe Varone on the phone and made an appointment to see him at the Kia store. I'm glad we gave Paul Cerame another chance. Joe was by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. There was no pressure to buy and he took the time to actually explain everything. As a matter of fact, Joe Varone was still going over the features of our new vehicle when they turned off the lights in the dealership and locked up. I would recommend Joe Varone and Paul Cerame to anyone. More

I contacted Mike Roberts to inquire about a $10,000 used suv to drive during the winter months and park my Mercedes Benz C230. He contacted me the next day and said he had one for me to look at. I said No I enjoy my 2004 Benz C230. I just wanted an suv to drive as a second car. He went to get keys for 2 trucks to test drive. When he came back he asked again about a trade in. I said "how csn going to top my Benz? He handed me the keys to another Benz!! We went into the show room. Stairing at me was (My) 2008 Mercedes C300. Oh My it had my name All Over it. After I took my test drive which was like spreading Butter I took a picture of it and texted my kids in NC and CA saying "I'm Upgrading, What You think?" They both said YES!! I came into the dealership for a $10,000 second car to accompany my Benz determined to keep my favorite car just to leave with a big smile, upgraded Benz, one carnote that saved me at lease $200 a month and I'm still riding smoothe as "Butter." All my questions and concerns were answered and the complete staff was gracious, kind and considerate. I met the managers, technitions and mechanics. It was a very good experience. I lovr my car. I'm sure the C230 will get a great home because the C300 has one with me.....Job Well Done. Mike knew how much I enjoyed my Black Benz yet he made it easy for me to part with it for a Silver Benz. I came in for an oil change, and walked out with the best birthday present one could buy themselves. I was wondering around the Lincoln MKX wishing I could have the one thing I've always wanted. Mike Roberts approached me and said your looking at this truck as if you REALLY want it. I replied..I do, but wishful thinking. He said nothing is impossible, let me show you that miracles can happen. He called me the next day with the best words ever- "I have u approved with a great interest rate"! I was forever sold when he called me two weeks later to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY! He is not your typical "salesman" he shows concern, and he thrives on making a satisfied customer. I tell everyone about MY salesman Mike!!! More
I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima from Paul Cerame Kia on 6/30/12. The salesman I worked with was Joe Varone. I cannot say enough good things about Joe. During my original stop in at the dealer, My wife and I were in a bit of a time crunch but still wanted to look at and test drive a car. Joe was very respectful of my time and had the car ready to go. Family obiligations changed and we had to step back from purchasing a car at that time. When I explained the reasons for this Joe, he was very understanding and told us to get back in touch with him when we were ready. He didn't hound us at all during this time. Unfortunately, once we were ready to make the purchase, they did not have the car in stock. Joe asked if we were open to them bringing in a car from another dealer if they could find one, which we were. He looked for almost 2 months before one that fit our wants came available. Throughout it all, Joe was very courteous and professional and kept us up to date on what was going on. Chris Garbs and Ezell Watkins were the Sales Manager and Finance Manager. Although my interaction with them was limited, they were both courteous and professional as well. I would highly recommend Paul Cerame Kia, but especially Joe Varone. I had been to all of the other local Kia dealers and none of the other salesmen I spoke to compared to Joe. More

I don't know why I went to this dealer but I am glad I did. I have what seems to be 100 car dealers between my house and this location including two Kia dealers. I have visited many dealers in the last 12 did. I have what seems to be 100 car dealers between my house and this location including two Kia dealers. I have visited many dealers in the last 120 days of looking for a car but will share my experiences with the KIA teams. The two closest to home meet you and immediately start looking for your trade in, credit score and to have you test drive their cars. They tell you how in demand the Optima is and how fortunate you are to work with them. My experience with Paul Cerame KIA was different. Jeff Reid met me on a very warm day out on the lot. He was in a suit, he smiled and truly seemed happy to help me with questions. He asked questions about what he could do for me instead of promising me all the things he could do. I left that day due to limited time. When I returned the next day Jeff greeted me by name and we began to work a deal. I am tough to deal with and Jeff never showed frustration in my process and conveyed my concerns clearly to his sales manager Chris. This is typically the "closer" for salespersons who can't close the deal. Chris was not this high pressure closer. He was great to deal with and we came to a deal and closed it with a handshake. No sign here, initial here, circle here like other dealers I've been to. Ezell worked with the paperwork and made this process non pressured. No gap insurance, extended warranty (not needed with 100,000 mile standard) or accessories sales pitch. Just here is what we need to do and we were on our way. Jeff, Chris and Ezell made a stressful process as non stressful as possible. I've never met anyone in my life who didn't tell me they got a great deal on a new car. I'm not sure I got the best deal I could have. I DO KNOW that I got the car I wanted for LESS than I was willing to pay and met some guys I was happy to do business with. I called one of the other KIA dealers today and told them what I got and the price. They thought I compromised on a used car or the lesser model. When I said that was not the case I was told that my deal was "not possible." Thank you Jeff. Thank you Chris. Thank you Ezell. Thank you Paul Cerame. I feel like I got the best car in the business, the best warranty in the business and the best sales team in the business. More
