I had a very pleasant experience working with this dealership on my purchase of a new Kia Sorento. I didn't feel the "high pressure" tactics that some other dealerships use, and felt like I got a fair dealership on my purchase of a new Kia Sorento. My previous new car purchase was from Northtown Ford in Hazelwood and I never felt like I was a valued customer and was nickel-and-dined throughout the whole process, but I never felt this way with Kia. He was very impressed with her product knowledge and friendly attitude. Long story short, he drove off the lot the same day in a brand new Kia Rio and a lease plan he was very comfortable with. I have not been to this dealership before and made an appointment in the morning to have an emissions test done on my car, received an appointment time for the same afternoon, which pleased me since I wa appointment in the morning to have an emissions test done on my car, received an appointment time for the same afternoon, which pleased me since I was late in applying for my license renewal. I had received a card in the mail within the last two weeks regarding Cerame's desire for my 2010 Kia Soul for their preowned sales, but did not really go there with that in the forefront of my mind. Was greeted very professionally by the service department and then walked to the showroom floor. Was not consumed by any pushy sales folk while initially on the floor just looking around. As a matter of fact, I even walked outside and looked on my own at stock parked close to the building, still was never attacked by any sales people, (that I really appreciated). I returned inside to the showroom and was looking at a car there when Jeff Reid did walk up and introduce himself and asked if I wished any assistance. We made general conversation, I mentioned that my car was in for inspection and that I was very happy with it, but I had received the request for car trade lately as preowned stock. Jeff never high pressured me during our conversation, but I shared some thoughts with him and said I was not opposed to considering information about a possible trade. Throughout the continuing discussions we seemed to relate to each other very well and I was extremely comfortable with continuing our conversation. Three and a half hours later I left the property with a new car! All of my requests were met and I continue to be very comfortable with the Kia product. From the moment that we came in....this was a different dealership. Sharon actually talked to us and did not try to pull scams or feed us lines about the cars to get us hooked in. We came in with low expectations after dealing with four other STL dealerships who where not quite honest with everything from the inventory, the car price, and what was available in STL. We have only purchased 2 brand new cars and usually go with used vehicles but this team treated our family with respect and without manipulation. They also got the product that we wanted on the SAME day so we could see it before we bought it. This group is flat out the BEST KIA dealer in STL and we went to them ALL. Best Service, price, and honest sales staff...it was worth our drive from west STL!!! More
