I dont know how he does it! I came in last week looking for a car with little funds in my pocket. Mike Burris came over to me and smile amd said "I"ll take care of you trust me". First of all I have to say that I have never purchased a car from a women salesperson before. She was the best, very friendly, knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, very helpful with the whole proce car from a women salesperson before. Sharon Dash @ Paul Cerame in Florissant, MO called me and worked a deal out for us that we couldn't refuse. So we decided to drive the 5 hours to their dealership to make the trade. We could not have been more pleased. From the salesperson (Sharon Dash), the trade-in person (forgot his name sorry), the finance person (Ezell Watkins), the manager and the GM. We were made to feel like family from the very beginning of our phone calls to the actual being back home and getting a call from Sharon to make sure we had made it back safely. Absolutely a wonderful buying experience and I wish them all the best in their growing as a business. Would highly recommend driving the extra miles for that experience......... I had not visited the dealership to purchase a KIA. Doug went out of his way to suggest I just look at the KIA since I was not 100% satisfied with the Ford Escape which is what I had planned to purchase. I am an engineer and always research and compare car features of different brands before I even walk in the dealer's door. KIA always stands out. For both of my purchases at Cerame, I compared prices at other dealers in the area and found that Cerame's prices are always competitive if not the lowest. As far as working with James, it has been a pleasure in both instances. James is quite relaxed, not pushy, knowledgeable about the cars and is very eager to please. You won't feel pressured by James. I strongly recommend Cerame as a dealer and James as a salesman if you are in the market for a new KIA. More
