My last few car purchases over the years have been through another dealer that is located near my home. On this car purchase, this dealership & the next nearest KIA dealership did not have the exact through another dealer that is located near my home. On this car purchase, this dealership & the next nearest KIA dealership did not have the exact inventory of KIA Forte & KIA Soul that my wife & I were considering, so we began looking at other dealers in the St. Louis area. Based on MSRP & Sales Prices, Paul Cerame had the lowest prices online. Prior to going to Paul Cerame, I called & spoke with Andrew Zink, he was very helpful in answering all of my questions & sealed the deal on my decision to make the drive to North County. The evening that we decided to go to Paul Cerame, Andrew was unavailable, so he left my wife & I in the good hands of Joe Varone. There were two KIA Forte we viewed online, which we were primarily interested in due to September KIA cashback offers, however one was sold the previous evening & the other earlier in the day, so looked at opted to look at the KIA Soul, which is what my wife really wanted. Joe mentioned that if he didn't have what we wanted on the lot that he could search other dealers' inventories & try to obtain the exact vehicle that we desired. That wasn't necessary, since we found a vehicle in their inventory that met our needs. Ezell Watkins did our financing, he was very friendly & presented us with the ideal financing option.
