I thought I knew what I wanted prior to visiting with Kim but of course I had know idea what I wanted. However, Kim helped me clarify the whole car buying process. Until recently, I was happy to say I was a KIA owner. On August 7, 2012 however my opinion took a turn in the opposite direction. That's when I took my 2011 KIA Sedona back to the KIA dealership because I s August 7, 2012 however my opinion took a turn in the opposite direction. That's when I took my 2011 KIA Sedona back to the KIA dealership because I started to hear a slight noise coming from under the hood. Later that same day I received a call from the KIA service department, they could not hear the same noise I had described. I explained that the car may need to be driven to hear the same 'noise' that I had heard earlier. By the end of the day, the KIA service manager called me and said I needed a new engine, due to "lack of oil changes". He explained to me that I needed receipts to prove that proper care was taken in regards to this vehicle. Receipts have been given, this is now the 13th of September and I am still going back and forth between the KIA dealership and KIA warranty co. Anyone out there looking to buy a car...DON'T BY A KIA!!! BTW, as of today, 10/05/2012 still fighting with warrenty co/Paul Cereme KIA. Interesting side-note, the car was driving fine, no check engine light, no check oil light, just a slight noise, like a 'rubbing sound'(that they could not hear at first), 2 months later, KIA service recommended to have car towed off lot-not driven... More
I am so thankful for the Great service and time that Kim and Ezell gave me. I required special financing and Kim and Ezell treated me with the respect and understanding that I was looking for. My last few car purchases over the years have been through another dealer that is located near my home. On this car purchase, this dealership & the next nearest KIA dealership did not have the exact through another dealer that is located near my home. On this car purchase, this dealership & the next nearest KIA dealership did not have the exact inventory of KIA Forte & KIA Soul that my wife & I were considering, so we began looking at other dealers in the St. Louis area. Based on MSRP & Sales Prices, Paul Cerame had the lowest prices online. Prior to going to Paul Cerame, I called & spoke with Andrew Zink, he was very helpful in answering all of my questions & sealed the deal on my decision to make the drive to North County. The evening that we decided to go to Paul Cerame, Andrew was unavailable, so he left my wife & I in the good hands of Joe Varone. There were two KIA Forte we viewed online, which we were primarily interested in due to September KIA cashback offers, however one was sold the previous evening & the other earlier in the day, so looked at opted to look at the KIA Soul, which is what my wife really wanted. Joe mentioned that if he didn't have what we wanted on the lot that he could search other dealers' inventories & try to obtain the exact vehicle that we desired. That wasn't necessary, since we found a vehicle in their inventory that met our needs. Ezell Watkins did our financing, he was very friendly & presented us with the ideal financing option. Once done signing all the paperwork, Joe showed us Paul Cerame's service center & then went through all the features of our new KIA Soul. Our experience at Paul Cerame was great. More
