The best car buying experience I've ever had! Sharon Dash was excellent to work with - I've never felt so valued as a customer in all my years of buying cars! When I completed the online credit application on Friday morning at 10:00 am I had no idea that I’d be driving off the lot in a new 2016 Kia Sorento by noon on Saturday! I do not have good credit and that was a huge concern for me so I expected to go to the dealership and sit all day just for them to put me in a car that I did not want and/or ask me to put down a huge down payment. I was shocked when my experience was the total opposite. I received a call from Sharon on Friday and she listened to my concerns. When I arrived on Saturday at 10:00 am she provided me with options – I test drove a vehicle and was out the door by Noon in my new car. I’ve never experienced customer service like this – yes it sounds like I was in and out, but that’s the type of car buying experience I like to have. Sharon did not rush me through the process, but she was very efficient and kept things moving along. As a single mother of two – my time is precious. It helps when there’s someone working with you that also appreciates your time. I will refer people to Sharon at every opportunity that I get – I will also go back to her when I’m ready to buy my next vehicle. Her customer service is unmatched! More
