WORST SALESMAN EVER I wrote a previous review saying how I was so satisfied only to learn I HAD A POOR SALEMAN and REGRET my decision after visiting other car lots. I traded a brand new car for a older pre owned car and got a higher Car Note after leaving this lot . The salesman didn't try to offer any special promotions rebates Maintence care deals or anything to try to help me get the best deal I called him a few weeks later to explain I was so unhappy about the purchased what should I do seeking advice from the man who sold me the car only for him to say he didn't come knocking at my door trying to sell me a car and I drove the car home so I had enough time to think about the decision I made so have a nice day and disconnected the call .He was only trying to sell a car. I don't feel he has customers best interest at heart. I stated the process was fast and easy ..only to find out there wasn't anything explain. And I feel like he didn't have time to show me options or try to get me a good deal. More

James Bertram went above and beyond to make sure I not only purchased the right car for my budget, but also the car I actually wanted. He understood my unique situation and was extremely patient with me. James kept working toward getting me into a new car when others would have given up. This was not similar to my past experiences when buying a car. I walked in an anxious disaster but left feeling confident and excited about the car I had purchased. In addition to the exceptional sales service I encountered, I was pleased with the finance service I received from Ezell Watkins. He helped me acquire the best financing for my situation and was very friendly and personable. I felt comfortable with the whole process and was pleased not to see inflated document or administrative fees show up on the sales contract. Ezell explained each and every dollar amount and was very clear with his answers to all my questions. Again, something else I'm not used to encountering during the car buying process. Now I understand why the friend who brought me to Paul Cerame Kia to see James continues to do business with him. I will certainly return when I'm ready to purchase another car. More
