No hassle, no haggle, just a GREAT car, GREAT deal and GREAT customer ser In May 2015, I bought a NEW Kia Soul ! from James Bertram @ Paul Cereme Kia. No hassle, no haggle, just a GREAT car, GREAT deal and GREAT customer service! Four months later when my car was totalled in an accident, I called to speak with James about buying another Kia Soul, but it was his day off. When I explained why I was calling, the woman who answer the phone was genuinely concerned and compassionate so she connected me with New Car Sales Manger, Brett Bales. Brett immediately went to work to find me another car just like the one I lost. He informed James of the situation, and even though it was his day off, James called asking how I was and letting me know they would do everything they could to help! In just a couple of days, they found another car like the one I lost and assured me they would have it waiting for me whenever I was able to come in and complete the paerwork. Once again, I got an AMAZING deal and OUTSTANDING service; no hassle, no haggle, just EXCELLENT customer service! These guys FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! James, Brett and Paul Carter, the Finance Manager are FANTASTIC to work with! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Paul Cereme Kia in Florisssant, and specifically James Bertram, Brett Bales and Paul Carter to EVERYONE who wants a great car, great deal and UNSURPASSED customer service! Enjoyable experience This was my first new car purchase in my 41 years and it went better than imagined.
