oil and tire rotation service Took 1-1.25 hours to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. They also provided me with free loaner auto (2018-19 Cadillac XT5). Quick, and fair. We needed to trade a vehicle that we had assumed responsibilty for and did not want. They were unable to give me what I wanted but the General Sale Manager was able to explain why by showing me what similar vehicles were selling for at the time and also explained that the carfax would make it difficult to sell. (I know that is something I look at). They also agreed to take in trade an 05 Avalanche that was in pretty rough shape. I had in my mind that it was worth $1,000 that was something that we agreed on. We still were $1,200 away from where we wanted to be Mike the salesman offered to meet me half way and my wife and I agreed. Evan was able to knock out the paperwork quickly due to a time crunch that we were under and Mike had the tank filled and plates swapped over and backed up to other vehicle so we could swap over our belongings and we were on our way it took less than 3 hours from the time we arrived and looked at the vehicle to the time we left. That’s why I say that it was quick and fair. More

Glad I stopped by to look at this car I was actually looking at a different car and at a different dealership. They wouldn't work with me so I did an internet search and found this Cadill I was actually looking at a different car and at a different dealership. They wouldn't work with me so I did an internet search and found this Cadillac CTS online. It was priced reasonably so I went down to take a look. The car was in better shape than I had expected as I am very particular. The staff was easy to work with and everyone was very nice. I didn't even take my check book down with me that day because I just did not think I would be buying a car. Once I saw the car I knew I had to make a deal and we did. More
