Ford transit connect. I was highly inpressed with the dealership at first. I found the transit on Trucar.com and contacted the dealership about it. They were very good with communicating with me via phone since I was 3 hours away from them. We got everything figured out before I even went to the dealership. When I got there i drove the van signed papers and left in under an hour. Got the van home (168miles) no problem. Got in it the next morning and the check engine light came on. Had the light read and they said that it had been on multiple times for the same issue. Now I know buying pre owned there could be an issue. But with not even putting 200 miles on the van and the light coming on tells me there was issues that were not disclosed when I bought it. I’ve tried messaging the sales guy with no response. So I now have to fix a van I just spent almost 12k on. Update: The dealership made the situation good by buyin back the van from us and refunding the money we paid for the down payment. More
