Purchase of Impala for hadicap purpose. Having recently contracted an auto immune disease which left both legs paralyzed, I had difficulty getting in and out of my Equinox because of it's he Having recently contracted an auto immune disease which left both legs paralyzed, I had difficulty getting in and out of my Equinox because of it's height. I called Dean Schmidt immediately and asked what he had in a used Impala (because I was not going to give up my Equinox). As I was still in the hospital, my wife went to look at the Impalas in stock. Dean and the whole staff pitched in to help find the right car. They even let her take two different Impalas to the hospital to make sure I could transfer into them. The transfer is easy into the Impalas, because the height is good and the doors open so nice and wide. I have purchased many vehicles at Schmitt-Brubaker and Dean Schmidt as my sales associate and will continue to do so. I have always received excellent service in the sales department and in the service department. We purchased the 2016 Impala and we well pleased with it. More
