The service was disappointing and my issue is still not resolved. . I was given my vehicle back. I was told we need to wait for the Ford tech people to return from holiday. The gentleman i dealt with at the service counter was rude and acted like I was another to him to help,the tech had no idea what was wrong with truck even though they knew the day before in less than 5mi rude and acted like I was another to him to help,the tech had no idea what was wrong with truck even though they knew the day before in less than 5min,them wanted to charge me $500 to replace a $45 part that took me 10 min to do and they still charged me $225 fee for plugging scanner in for 5min,have had them do all my repair work before but will not be going back.
