The sales person and sales team were very personable and were a great help securing my first car loan. During the initial test drive the brakes felt a little off. The sales person said it was standard for were a great help securing my first car loan. During the initial test drive the brakes felt a little off. The sales person said it was standard for them to squeak as it wasn’t driven in the recent future but to bring it back if it was a problem. A week later I called back to let them know it was grinding and I was sure it was the brakes. I brought it in and when I picked it up I was told the brakes were at 70 percent so there was nothing they could do. I was told sometimes lot rust may cause the noise and that was normal just give it a week. During that time there was also a protective coat that was supposed to be put on I’m not sure if it was put on or the vehicle already had it. There was no discernible difference. I drove off and the caliber broke and the brake fell off. Extremely worn no padding and rusted. I called to acknowledge the situation and was told my warranty would cover the caliber but not the brakes or rotors. There would also be a copay. I decided not to take it back to them and went with another mechanic. I was driving when the brakes locked and failed thank God it was only me and no one I loved was in the Vehicle More

Well not a man of his word. Lesson learned. More
The salesman was pleasant The dealership was very nice. The car was over priced though I wouldn’t of given you $500 and they were asking almost 3000. The car was over priced though I wouldn’t of given you $500 and they were asking almost 3000. More
Called them up to see around how much it would be to do a timing chain on my f150. The service guy said it would be between 1800 and 2300, and that they had done a few recently. I thought that was reasonable timing chain on my f150. The service guy said it would be between 1800 and 2300, and that they had done a few recently. I thought that was reasonable, so i had it towed over. They looked at it and confirmed that it was the timing chain. When i contacted him later in the week he had a whole new price. It was 5300 bucks. I asked how it almost tripled in price, and he blamed it on parts. I priced the parts out and they were almost double in price , even from other ford dealerships. I was told that i needed to replace things that did not need replaced. I would not have had my truck taken there if the price was 5300, but i still had to pay the 150 for them to look at it. Also, if they had done some recently, like the guy said wouldn't he have known how much it would cost? Seems like they were trying to get my truck there hoping i would just let them do the work for tripple the price. Sad. I live in the town where they are and i am a ford employee and still they try to scam me. I have bought cars and things from them in the past, but never again. More
Bought a new vehicle with trade-ins . They totally low balled my trades giving there reasons for that which I believed . They listed my trades for 4 times + what I received . Obviously th They totally low balled my trades giving there reasons for that which I believed . They listed my trades for 4 times + what I received . Obviously there reasons were lies. Contacted the salesman by email on getting my protection plan service done and my ford pass rewards applied as previously discussed and agreed upon getting no response . This dealership lies , is not trustworthy. I’m truly sorry I didn’t read review before I bought from here. Do not put trust or believe what this dealership says as I did . Big Big mistake More
Good people, but kinda old school, by that I mean they still operate in the “Buyer Beware” arena. That’s not to say they’re out to screw you, to the contrary, they just don’t offer anything up. And if you still operate in the “Buyer Beware” arena. That’s not to say they’re out to screw you, to the contrary, they just don’t offer anything up. And if you’re buying used, be especially careful and diligent as they seem do to a very poor job of vetting they’re sellers and the product they sell. Examples; truck comes with a rack mounting system, however – useless, most of the important parts are missing, you’d think they would have requested them or set up some way for the new owner to make a deal with the original owner. Key for the spare tire – doesn’t seem to belong to the truck or maybe the lock is broke, either way it’s something you’d think a conscientious car dealership would pay attention to. Making sure the vehicle card with the passcodes are included at the time they purchased so the potential buyer wouldn’t have to pay to get the codes. Luckily I know how to retrieve them without that extra cost, however the extra efforts wouldn’t have been needed had they applied a bit of concern at the time they purchased the vehicle. All minor efforts I agreed and I could go on, but I think I made my point and all totally unnecessary and considerably annoying, really old schools moves. Again, nothing they did was wrong nor deliberate (at least I don’t think so), but they could do much, much better. So “Buyer beware” and do your do diligence when dealing with them, take your time and fine tooth everything. More
Had a verbal contract to purchase a vehicle from this dealership that was listed online (deposit made) vehicle was to be held until noon on Tuesday. Husband drove 2 1/2 hours with cash in hand and arriv dealership that was listed online (deposit made) vehicle was to be held until noon on Tuesday. Husband drove 2 1/2 hours with cash in hand and arrived at dealership prior to 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday! GM advised that he "made the decision" to sell the vehicle to someone else! Do yourself a favor and find a car elsewhere, this dealership is a joke! More
