Questionable service Went for an oil change only. Was told I had a nail in my tire, tires were dry rot, and I needed new brake pads even though it passed inspection the mo Went for an oil change only. Left and took it to 2 different tire shops...no nail, tires were just weathered and had a good year left to them and my brake pads were fine. Glad I didn’t listen to them!!! More

Someone told my husband that I should check out the Subaru. I went in to the dealer with a closed mind. I had already picked out my car at the Honda dealership. Cassy was extremely patient and taught me everything I needed to know About Subarus. I test drove several cars because I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for. I saw the Impreza sport in the show room and decided to give that a test drive as well. I ended up buying the Impreza sport and I absolutely love it! My husband can’t wait until he can get a Subaru! More

Showed us what we wanted, gave us a fair trade value . Everyone was very friendly, especially Dean Moyer who made sure I was getting everything I wanted in this vehicle and then took the time to explain all the features. I’ve gone back twice now once to get rubber mats installed and also to repair a small dent,( courtesy of a shopping cart in a parking lot!). Both times were prompt and comfortable visits. I’ve been telling everyone about this amazing dealership! I’ll never go anywhere else for a car. More
Frustrated We were looking to buy a new Outback. Moyer is our local deer but we were VERY unhappy with the salesman. He was unhelpful, condescending, and inflex We were looking to buy a new Outback. It was to a point that we went to another dealer and also got a better deal. I would not recommend Moyer Subaru! More

After wasting over an hour there with no progress and getting extremely fed up with a greedy sales team my parents suggested Steve Moyer - and I'm SO glad they did!! What a night and day experience! I had no idea what I had been missing out on in a dealership experience and will be recommending your dealership to anyone and everyone I can!! It was so clean, and nice and inviting in the building. All the people who worked there were nice and friendly and my sales person Cassy was just wonderful!! (Again, QUITE the opposite of my previous dealership experience with Piazza) And the new owner monthly party is such a GREAT idea!! I'm so excited to have some Subaru swag!! More

Other dealerships gave me the same runaround; one person sells, another takes you on a test drive, a third tells you their price. When you question the price you get on the same merry-go-round, except it ain't merry. At Steve Moyer I was met by Cassy Bruckart, who explained everything, took us on a test drive, and worked up the price. I dealt with one person who acted like she really wanted my business. Cassy gave us her cell number and was always available to answer questions. I've had my Outback for about a month. Cassy called me last week to make sure I was happy with my Subaru. Great customer service! No BS. More
