I had a really great experience buying my Crosstrek! It was right in the showroom, the Plasma Yellow Pearl Crosstrek with manual 6-soeed transmission. Purchasing a new car is always stressful especially when you are not sure which vehicle,brand or type you would like buy. Roger, made the process extremely easy with questions on which type and features we you are not sure which vehicle,brand or type you would like buy. After driving our top 2 models and picking 1 Roger helped us find the color/package we wanted. I’m so happy with my new car and the easy, non stressful experience I had at Steve Lewis. I never felt pressured or like I was just a number to sell a car and get out. My family has always gone to another dealership but since coming here, even they said they will go back to Steve Lewis and ask for Joe because the experience was so great. Jack in the finance department was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Again, I never felt like I was trying to be “sold” something I didn’t need. Everything inside of the sales floor is very clean and you can tell they take pride in what they do here. Highly recommend this dealership! More

The experience was disheartening.. I purchased the car on a Friday and was supposed to pick it up a week later. I received a call from the salesman two days before picking up the car letting me know that on a Friday and was supposed to pick it up a week later. So many of my colleagues and friends own a Suburu, and the reputation of the p experience I had buying my Outback was truly worth the trip to Hadley.
