The service staff was courteous and friendly. Had a appointment for 1000 AM. I arrived 0950 AM. I was told my car would go in for tire change shortly. (Changing from regular to snow tires). Sitting in the waiting room I notice I arrived 0950 AM. I was told my car would go in for tire change shortly. (Changing from regular to snow tires). Sitting in the waiting room I noticed by 1045 AM my car was still where l parked it. I asked what is the problem ? Was told they were short of help. The one hour job was completed at 1215 AM. More
