My experience started off fine. Steve Lewis has a great inventory of cars, and I easily found a quality vehicle. However, I was led to believe I would get it much sooner (within days) of purchasing. It took 2 weeks to get the car registered and almost a whole additional week to actually get the car. The general manager told me I’d have my registration a certain date upon looking at tracking number of the document and then according to my salesperson it arrived a day later. I was told my car would be delivered Friday. Then I was told they could not find a driver and that they would deliver the car Saturday. Then Sunday rolled around and still no driver. I was without a car going on three weeks and had to scramble to get to work somehow...I eventually found someone to drive me the hour and a half up to Steve Lewis to get the car myself after waiting. Once I got there I saw the scratches that were promised to have been buffed out were not taken care of. Very disappointing service. More
I had asked for my snow tires to be replaced by by my all-weather tires (on rims in the back), but had to remind the staff to do it after the car was "finished." Just bought a wonderful new 2021 Outback Touring and simultaneously had Service Dept complete maintenance, replace upper oil pan & put on new tires on my 2017 Subaru Outback so that I could sell the ca simultaneously had Service Dept complete maintenance, replace upper oil pan & put on new tires on my 2017 Subaru Outback so that I could sell the car to my kids knowing it was in great shape at 69,500. Rich Grono worked clisely with the Service Dept to coordinate all of this—so very helpful! More

The service department at Steve Lewis Subaru couldn't be nicer. That goes a long way in addition to the skill and expertise when it comes to taking car of the car and the driver.
