The staff is very friendly and personable, however my last experience was not ideal. I had a 9:30 am appointment for an oil change and dealer recall issue. I was told the service would take about an hr and a half. I decided to wait it out in the waiting room. After 45 minutes of waiting, my car had not moved from where I parked it in their lot. I was ready to walk out, when a tech finally came and got my car; The hour and a half clock then started. I'd expect this from a walk in, but not from a scheduled appointment. More

Team did recommended "recall" notice in less than projected time! I also brought a small but troublesome problem with the keys to my wife's Subaru (not vehicle requiring service that day) and the gu projected time! I also brought a small but troublesome problem with the keys to my wife's Subaru (not vehicle requiring service that day) and the guys fixed one key fob and replaced battery in the other...at no charge. This is A+ service! We will continue to get all service done at Steve Lewis! More
