I was very satisfied with the serve that I received. After having a new battery installed (not from Steve Lewis) the car would not start two days after the installation. I jumped the new battery, the car started and was okay for a few more days before having to have the battery jumped again. I went to Steve Lewis without an appointment, they determined that the battery was faulty and replaced it and even credited the faulty battery. Good job service department:-) More
My vehicle was seen months ago and the problem was not fixed so I had to bring it back. The service staff was very willing to work with me. Jesse Szewczyk was very accommodating and understanding. He was really good at letting me know how the repair process was going. It took 2 weeks to get the repair done. The only thing I would have changed about my experience was the loaner vehicle experience. The gas tank only had 1/4 of a tank. I had to fill up the next day. With the stress of returning my car again during the busy Holiday season the added stress of having to get gas was a little irritating. I returned the car with 3/4 to a 1/2 of tank so the next person would not have to worry about that right after they get the car. More
