I have a problem with the transmission losing problem for a couple of seconds at a time. I know a intermittent problem is hard to find but Jessie said it could not be duplicated and there was nothing on the a couple of seconds at a time. They let me know when booking that it would take 6 hours and they could give me a loaner; I dropped the car off, got the loaner immediately. They texted me updates and let me know when my car was ready to g and they could give me a loaner; I dropped the car off, got the loaner immediately.
