Service team is wonderful to deal with and have always been right on with my vehicles' care! The salesman are very pleasant to talk with, but don't do very well with trade in offers. My service went pretty well. Except it went on rather long. I was told it would be brief so I chose to wait. Then I was told I needed a longer service so I took the ride home. I was called that I need long. I was told it would be brief so I chose to wait. Then I was told I needed a longer service so I took the ride home. I was called that I needed a tire replacement and that they were getting to it so I got a ride back and then I waited another hour plus. It seemed like they were not so together. But my car seems good. I did get sent home with the message coming up that my electronic key needed a new battery. However folks are pleasant to deal with. Just seemed a little disorganized. More

I always get fast friendly service from Steve Lewis Subaru. This visit was for an oil change and tire rotation but they found the rear brake pads needed to be replaced. I have never had a dealership service department I trusted before my now long experience with Steve Lewis Subaru. In particular, they do not push you to do anything that’s not necessary.
