There was a timeframe of three weeks before we were able to return to the dealer due to a family emergency. Bill and I talked on the phone and there was no high presssure double talk just honesty. When we returned the original 2011 Outback had been sold but Bill was able to get one on the lot within a few days. It was again test driven as my husband now had a fractured back but still provided the safety and comfort needed. I have had the car for 1 week and am delighted with the salesperson, dealership and of course my 2011 Outback. More

As two women we felt treated in a respectful and courteous manner. Our big dog (at 145 lbs!!) was welcomed & made comfortable while we negotiated the purchase of 2 new Subaru. The atmosphere was relaxed-- we didn't feel pressured or hounded like one so often is in a car dealership. Bill was eager to help, consistently so. He was knowledgeable about the car. He couldn't have been nicer. of course I didn't haggle about the price (!) because he showed me that it was below Kelly knowledgeable about the car.
