As two women we felt treated in a respectful and courteous manner. Our big dog (at 145 lbs!!) was welcomed & made comfortable while we negotiated the purchase of 2 new Subaru. We were encouraged to test drive over various terrains for as long as we needed. All our questions were answered thoroughly. The atmosphere was relaxed-- we didn't feel pressured or hounded like one so often is in a car dealership. From the manager(joe) to the sales man (dave) to the finance guy (tom) and even the big cheese (steve lewis)--all were fun, friendly and easy to work with! Thank you for making the experience the best we've had in decades!!! More
We recently bought a 2009 Subaru Legacy Sedan from this dealership. We were very happy with the Sales Representative, Todd who helped us. The sales rep. was Bill Montanari and my opion of Bill is as follows: He was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable He has also returned my phone messages and called me on his own - this shows me that he and Steve Lewis Subaru are not just interested in a sale but also, customer satisfactio after the fact. Bill was eager to help, consistently so. He was knowledgeable about the car. He couldn't have been nicer. of course I didn't haggle about the price (!) because he showed me that it was below Kelly knowledgeable about the car. Tom, the man who got he financing was also extremely helpful, going through several banks before it clicked. All in all, I couldn't have asked for friendlier and competent service than I got from these two men. More
