We were purchasing our 9th Subaru so we knew what we wanted & got exactly that! The whole process was made so easy by Dave. There was no pressure to buy; just the facts, once we told him we were looking for a manual, 5 speed, 2011 Forester, he kindly offered to order one for us. But we were fortunate in that the Forester they had available in the lot...was a perfect match with our needs! Dave arranged everything for us, with no fanfare, but a true sense of customer appreciation & respect. He is clearly the salesperson for us. He listened & came through for us during the purchasing process. We were so impressed with his honesty, the very reasonable price, and the support we received from all of the Steve Lewis staff we came in contact with. Although this dealer is small in size, they are big in customer satisfaction. Their sales staff, management, and service personnel are extremely knowlegeable and friendly. Todd was great, very straight forward and forthcoming with the information I needed. I also had a two-year old in tow at all visits and he was graciously entertained by Todd with balloons, markers etc. with the information I needed. Before I went to Steve Lewis, I went to another dealer in the area. They were very high pressure and not as friendly. Steve lewis Suburu was a great experience. Since I bought my vehicle, I have been back for service and again Dave went out of his way to see that my car was given the best service. The service department was also very nice. I have already shared my positive experience with my co-workers, and one is going to go there to inquire about a purchase. I gave the rating because this experience was really the way I like to be treated, and even though I was not purchasing a new car, I felt that my business was appreciated and I can not imagine a better experience when purchasing a car. Myron is a very pleasant young man, and the entire staff made buying the car an easy experience. The financial guy was also pleasant and didn't push absurdly hard about the packages. I do wish I'd thought to drive this particular car before I bought it because there's a slight clunking noise with the brakes that is irritating in a new car. That was my oversight, though -- not the fault of the staff.
