Myron was extremely patient and professional w/ my elderly mom, who was purchasing a vehicle. He was always polite and worked out a decent price for us. Also, when we went back to pick up the vehicle, he spent a long time helping her get settled into the vehicle and explained everything to her so she would be comfortable. Tom from the business office was also professional and easy to work with. My only real complaint is that when we asked about financing rates we were given a low figure, but then when we went to do the paperwork it was a much higher rate, the discrepancy being explained as the difference between purchasing a new car vs a used car. That should have been clarified ahead of time so it wouldn't have been an unpleasant surprise. More
