I went to Steve Lewis Subaru after another Subaru dealership in the area had given me an awful experience. As soon as I walked in, Larry was very friendly, funny, and professional. He quickly had me in a few cars to test drive, and helped me pick out a great low mileage Legacy. They had the car ready just as they promised when I came back to pick it up. Even though they wouldn't budge on the price, it was worth paying slightly more than I would have at the other dealership, as everything else about the buying experience was excellent. I will definitely recommend Steve Lewis Subaru (and Larry) to any of my friends or family. More

I was impressed with the no pressure environment and Todd Gerry was very professional, easy to deal with and patiently did everything possible to accomodate me and my hectic schedule. I felt it to be a pleasant transaction from start to finish and needless to say I bought my Forester within a few hours and now know I did the right thing! More

They offered us a variety of options as we decided between a Forester and an Outback. We were impressed as the entire Steve Lewis team worked to answer our quesions, obtain financing, and get us a great deal on a new Forester Limited. This experience was decidedly different from the last time we purchased a new car at a different dealership. We are definitely happy with the great hometown service that we received at Steve Lewis Subaru. More
This is my fifth Subaru and the 4 previous ones were from Bertera, which I made clear to the dealer. To me, this shows that Steve Lewis is a company that values their customers and is not just out to "squeeze the customer dry." Everybody at the dealership was friendly and easy to deal with. Although I didn't necessarily want to take the car out for a test drive until I knew the bottom line, Myron suggested that I do so in case I might prefer the Impreza, a cheaper model. Again, to me, this shows that they are more concerned about meeting the customer's needs than making as much money as possible. I would highly recommend Steve Lewis to anyone and Myron was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable, yet down-to-earth. I think the nicest thing about Steve Lewis was that it was more like the old mom-and-pop stores rather than the big corporations that aren't concerned about their customers. I have no doubt that when I eventually purchase my sixth Subaru, it will be at Steve Lewis. (and I am a hard customer to please!) More
I don't have anything bad to say about this dealership or the staff. My husband and I brought our kids with us and Larry and the staff at Steve Lewis couldn't have made the experience any better!! My 84 year old dad went to Steve Lewis Subaru to have them diagnose his 2003 Forester, which had a transmission problem. Both the service and the sales department were great! They each took the time to explain to us the best options and didn't pressure us into making a decision. They were very friendly and helpful. Randy carefully and patiently explained what was wrong with the car and how much it would cost to fix it. John took us under his wing and took our needs and finances into consideration once we decided to trade up. We ended up with a good deal on 2009 Forester. John went out of his way to make sure that we got all the things we needed. Although the car didn't have a roof rack, he got us one. John even got me a "beep-beep" automatic door opener/lock for FREE ($150 value), which the previous owner had gotten rid of for an automatic start. Ok, I understand not wanting to get cold starting your car early in the winter, but John understood my need to HEAR the car lock and unlock. Randy got me a free new set of windshield wipers when I complained about some smearing when I cleaned my windows. Joe took care of the financing and made the change over effortless. All in all, it was a great experience! These guys have won my heart over to Steve Lewis (and even my dad thinks they're pretty good guys!). Thanks, Steve Lewis! More

My husband had filled out one of those internet search for a Subaru and John Acadia contacted us by phone. John is a no pressure type of person, with a friendly, relaxed manner. He listened and understood/respected our bottom line price goal. The buying process was smooth, and I believe both parties came away with a "win". When we picked up the vehicle, it was ready with all accessories ordered so we didn't need to make another trip up. John took the time to go over the vehicle with us (in the cold!) to insure we understood what buttons did what, how to manipulate the seats, etc. We reviewed the owner's manual, and all other material pertinent to our vehicle. All in all, a good experience and a dealer we would have no problem referring other buyers to. More
