This is a small dealership with a BIG, friendly atmosphere. They listened to my wishes and were able to deliver exactly the car I wanted...for the price that I wanted. After a really bad experience at the dealership down the road from me, I drove about 25 miles to buy from these guys. They did not disappoint. We were pleased to see that finally, Subaru has come out with more attractive body styles. That wasn't what sold us though. It was the knowledge of the vehicle that Dave Hanks has, and the quality and price of the vehicle. We were pleased with the mpg that the Legacy gets and the technology and quality build of the vehicle. It's a solid and excellent performing vehicle, and that's very important to us. However, again, what really sold us was the knowledge of the vehicles that Dave has. He knows these cars inside and out. Hw took the time to explain everything about the Legacy. He is by far the best salesperson we have ever dealt with in 40 years of buying vehicles. (And generally, we're not big fans of salespeople.) He loves his product and takes pride in his job. John provided the best car sales experience I have ever had so far (and I've been buying cars for the past 43 years). He is very knowlegeable and willing to take the time to help me make the best vehicle had so far (and I've been buying cars for the past 43 years). I really appreciate his no hassle approach and when it comes down to crunching numbers, he and the finance manager took into consideration my trade in value as a real important point in closing the deal. I felt that I got the cost down to a figure I was comfortable with. We worked with John for several hours, took a test drive, talked about trade-in value, financing, and even talked about life not in relat all pushy.
