I was looking to replace a failing car with an inexpensive, but reliable car. I was introduced to Steve Lewis at another dealership, that did not have any stock in my price range, and he encourage inexpensive, but reliable car. I was already planning to stop there anyway, but I was impressed that he took the time to look at my car and offer me a trade in price in advance. I was introduced to John Acadia at the dealership. After discussing what I had, what I needed, and what I wanted he pointed me directly to a car that met all my expectations. John was respectful of my time and needs. I took a good test drive with John and got a quick sale price, without unnecessary back-and-forth tactics. I even received more for my trade in than originally offered once the owner returned and looked at my car closer. My recent experience with Steve Lewis Subaru was a very positive one. There was no waiting for assistance, we were helped soon after coming into the showroom, unlike other dealerships we'd visited while d positive one. We were greeted with a smile by Myron, offered a cup of coffee, then introduced to John. John was very friendly and informative, had a good sense of humor, and made me feel quite comfortable. When we came back to pick up my new Forester we had the opportunity to chat with a few other employees, who were also very nice. We left feeling that the price was fair and that we were treated well. Its been a while since we have shopped for a new car, and we had heard good things about Steve Lewis from friends and colleagues. From our first visit, we understood why all the good reviews. They were very welcoming, very helpful, and no pressure. We test drove a 2011 Outback there, and then proceeded to test drive several other vehicles in narrowing down our decision. When we finally decided on an Outback, we did our research online, and emailed Todd at Steve Lewis for their best price, which came back promptly and was the best deal out of the group of bids we requested from a number of dealers. The price was more than fair, and the next day we were in the dealership signing the final papers. Everyone was great to work with, and more than accommodating for any requests that we had. So far, we would recommend them to any and all. More

Dave was straightforward with us, got us a fair price for our trade-in, and worked extra hard to make sure that we were satisfied down to the smallest detail. Bought a used Outback for the second time from Steve Lewis. Love my first one and still have it. Traded in a Ford for another one. Prices are fair and I did a lot of comparing. Staff is super friendly and attentive (when they finally get to you - did a bit of waiting around). I would definitely go back - the cars are good and the prices are good. I'm not crazy about their service dept though - they always suggest the most expensive fix. On second opinions I saved hundreds every time, so now I don't use the dealer for service. More
