Although Gus was new to the Subaru vehicles he was eager to answer all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he was able to f knowledgeable. They could'nt be bothered with me, how humilating! Well, I decided to go to Steve Lewis Subaru in Northampton,Ma the next day. It's out of my way but, it can't to go and talk to someone. I was greeted very promptly. I was amazed how all the staff is so happy and upbeat to all of thier customers and among themselves. Everyone Went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our new (used) car.
