I had a great experience at Steve Lewis subaru. My salesman Larry was very friendly and knowledgeable about the subaru product. I have often thought it was less painful to get a root canal than deal with the finance people a dealership. Well this experience was different for me. Mike was patient and answered every question in depth. I found it to be painless and I gathered enough information to make the best choice for my purchase and walked away sure I got the best deal I could. I also want to thank Joe Clark for saying yes so many times. He was able to fix a few minor hiccups and truly helped to make this the best car buying experience I ever had. I feel like this is a woman friendly dealership and it is obvious to me that there is great leadership that promotes respect and a strives to provide their customers with a great car buying experience. Got a call from Internet salesperson, Steve Gonsalves who invited me to come in and check out vehicles. He was awesome both on the phone and in person. I loved this dealership especially because they were not pushy in the least and were extremely knowledgeable. They are aware that their vehicles sell themselves. They went out of their way to get me the color that I wanted that they did not have in stock. Mike made the calls and secured my first choice. Todd handled everything for me including title and new registration with my insurance agent leaving me with virtually nothing to do myself. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

There were a few events that lowered the overall rating of the dealership More specifically, one employee indicated that he could reduce the price of the Maintenance Package by 40% because I was a good customer. The finance office said that 40% was not realistic, so he cut the reduction in half. We also had an issue when we had the car inspected. The mechanic who completed the inspection tracked white dust into the new car. White footprints were visible on the driver side of the car. The dealership is well run, and they do make you feel welcome. More

We loved the way Todd was so patient with us, he added no pressure, and was sincere in his questions about what we were looking for and getting to know us. Wee didn't feel like just "another number". The confidence he had in the Subara Legacy that we test drove was very impressive because it was exactly what we were looking for a Sedan, AWD, classy, and spacious! Noting even compared to the Legacy, we wanted to be open minded though but couldn't help finding us talking about the Subaru, as we drove other makes. The other sales reps were so friendly and up beat, and Joe the Manager was very thorough and patient with us and our family as well! Everyone had such confidence that we would love this car, and we DO! We can see ourselves coming back to Steve Lewis Subaru in the future and are recommending you to people we know! More

No. As long as the buyer knows that the dealer is not your friend, that he wants to sell high and you want to buy low, you'll be in a better frame of mind but still glad when the dealing is done. Due your homework with online trade-in values. We picked up the car a few days later. Hail damage was evident and only explained to us on the day of pick-up with a promise to have it repaired "like new." We drove off with our car feeling anxious as we were the ones taking the risk. Almost a week later the car was picked up at my place of business, repaired perfectly by an expert, inspected, and registration in place. Bertera, the other area dealer gave us a lower price but had a lower DealerRater score and that is important to us. We love our new Outback and plan to keep it a long time. More

Steve Lewis had none on the lot, but Joe (the manager) explained that he was prepared to swap for one. It took awhile, but on Monday our son drove his new red WRX home, and Joe even threw in a free spoiler, to make up for the long wait. Once again, Dave was wonderfully patient and thorough, covering every detail and making sure that our son understood the liabilities involved in driving such a fast car! Mike in the business office also explained the financing very clearly. Great experience, great team! Thanks, guys. More
